One of the unique and significant side benefits of Alex Jeffreys coaching course has been the friendships formed between some of the students.  Now it’s ended everyone will go off in whatever niche direction best suits them, but I have no doubt countless JV’s will already have been forged.

As I mentioned in my last post I’ve had to re-plan my strategy.  Just lately, every time I switched my computer on I felt really, really ill and was at the point of quitting, but the community spirit which has built up in the coaching program has convinced me to hang in there.

My problem has most likely been self inflicted in as much as I have literally spent HOURS infront of the computer since beginning Alex course, in a room where there are several electrical gadgets, many of which were all on at the same time.

Apparently, scientific literature has indicated long-term exposure to low level EMF’ss can have harmful effects upon the body.  Whilst I don’t know if it was sitting  for hours on end every day in front of a computer which made me feel ill, I can confirm since I’ve made the changes to my lifestyle, I do feel a lot better.

The threat of electromagnetic fields is especially worrying since it is completely invisible. However, it can affect us both mentally and physically.

At the risk of this sounding like an Oscar winning acceptance speech I’d like to specifically thank Nigel Booker  for explaining about sitting too close to the computer screen and the refresh rate, Di Chapman and Desiree Thomas for reminding me about the harmful effects of electromagnetic and radio frequencies, and pointing me in the direction of neutralizing products found at http://www.blockemf.com

I’d also like to thank Graeme Sutherland and Tim Buttles for their offer of video support.  and to Susan Livingstone who kindly helped me with the branding of the latest Pulling Project, which for some reason insisted on calling me Zean.  Incidentally, if anyone else has a problem branding something, it often responds to just using lower case letters instead of any capitals.

Encouragement too came from Stephen Bray, John HaldermanTara Diplama and Susan Owen-Thursfield, and lastly, I would really like to thank Theresa Mayhew who is currently testing out her new skills by making a video for me.  I know she like many of the others will go on to be a huge success.

So, where am I now?

Well, I hired a digital meter to register the magnetic and electric field readings where I usually work, (and the rest of the house), and have moved out of my “office”which was full of electrical items. I now work on a laptop in my conservatory where there’s plenty of natural light and no other electrical appliances.

I have had to reduce my computer  time drastically though. What I used to do in a day now takes me well over a week.  I’ve also put discs on all my machines and telephones, which supposedly neutralize man-made EMF’s, and wear a Q-Link whenever I am working online.

I know it all sounds bizarre, extreme , and to those who have never been affected – completely crazy, but I assure you for me it’s been frustratingly and scarily, very real.

I’m not alone either.  I was chatting to a chap the other day who has also had to rearrange his office and even move the microwave which was in an adjoining room because the EMF’s came through the wall and affected him!

Halogen lights can give off high magnetic fields in the room above where they are fitted, and any transformers (think childrens powered toys) give off very high fields.

The recommendations are NOT to have a transformer plugged into a socket near the bed.  Same applies to the base station of hand free telephones, so if any of you out there have one next to your pillow, you might want to consider moving it.

Anyway, I am happy to report my  brain fog seems to be clearing a bit, and now I don’t feel charged up all the time.  My mind does switch off occasionally.  My typing is getting more accurate and I don’t struggle with  my spelling any more. I no longer feel as if my skin is burning and itching and my hands have stopped going numb.

I’m taking  it slowly though.

The internet’s not going anywhere, and the reason I wanted to be part of it certainly isn’t.  My autistic son will still need support and somehow I intend to supply it. Thanks to the wonderful people I’ve come to know, that could still be on the internet.
