I was amazed at what I found.
Much of it I didn’t even realise I had so obviously I didn’t need it, but even so I was very tempted to hang on to it – “just in case”.
Whilst it was a liberating experience, it was also pretty depressing because yet again, time has had an effect on my waistline and many of my “summer” clothes are, shall we say, a bit “tight”.
It seems every person I speak to these days tells me they NEED to lose some weight and I’m certainly one of them.
I also need to get fit.
Sitting at the computer and exercising my brain and fingers is time consuming, BUT it’s not exactly a healthy lifestyle. What I need is to find a quick weight loss program which burns fat whilst I sleep.
Anyway, I may have found the answer so I’m on a mission to change. Watch my video to find out how.
No – It’s NOT me in the proper photographs , but it could be soon unless I get my act together .
Hope you enjoy it.
Warning – The video does very cleverly take you off to an affiliate product at the end which is also quite amusing. I was able to do this by using an amazing bit of software called Easy Video Player.
It’s brilliant! – (the software that is. You can let me know what you think about the video by leaving me a comment if you like).
Take care,
Jean Shaw
