When I interviewed Marcus Passey on 16th February, 2010 there was no doubt in my mind he would be a success.

Why?

Because he had the right mindset and focused determination.

Despite  getting up at 4.30 a.m. every morning, working a 51 hour week as a postman, having three young children and being technically challenged on the computer, Marcus has a driving ambition to make life better for his wife and family.
