As a first step to gaining traffic for the competition and  my list in general, I’ve submitted an article to Article Marketer ,  which is simply a combination of my previous two posts.

This is  an article site which provides both articles to publish and an article distribution service. It isn’t free if you want to publish but it saves a lot of time!
